The statistics shown on this site come from an independent study of the Phoenix metropolitan MLS (ARMLS) covering January 2020 through December 2025, conducted by Navi Title Agency and dated May 6, 2026. That study analysed homes sold in the Phoenix metropolitan market.
Those figures describe the Phoenix market, not Crossville or Cumberland County, and they are not a prediction of what any individual home will achieve. They are presented to describe how the selling method has performed where it has been measured. Individual results vary. The full study letter is linked from our home page so you can read the methodology yourself.
5. Trademarks
