I had been looking for a home in a particular over 55 community and when the right home came up I would need to sell my current home very quickly in order to snap it up, as the homes sell very quickly in that village.

I had seen an ad on TV for 72Sold which said they would sell your house quickly, so I contacted them. I met with Jamie Edens and told him my plans. The next day he let me know about a home that had just become available, and so we rushed over to see it. It was just what I wanted and immediately arranged to put an offer in.

Now I needed to sell my home ASAP. Jamie immediately got to work on putting my home on the market, and it was listed within a couple of days. He respected my request to only have pre-approved buyers look at it and not a general open house. After the first weekend of showing it, I received a full price offer which I accepted. Jamie handled everything very efficiently, and communicated regularly to me on the process and what was happening. It ended with that buyer pulling out because he couldn't sell his house (it was overpriced), so Jamie immediately put my home back on the market and another offer was received within a day or two.

Throughout the whole process Jamie kept me very well-informed and negotiated with both the seller of my new home and the buyer of my current home in an effective way.
